Bennett is a Licensed Surveyor and Director of RM Surveys and brings deep local knowledge of the Great Southern. Bennett grew up in Katanning, attending the local Primary and High School before studying Surveying at Curtin University. As a local, he was very active in the community, particularly with the local football club, basketball association, tennis and golf club. Bennett heads our Mine Tenement department, giving him first-hand experience travelling back roads to regional and remote parts of WA.

Andrew is experienced across various projects, from engineering surveying of roads, bridges, high rise buildings to all cadastral surveys, including urban, rural and mining tenements. In addition, Andrew mentors younger surveyors wishing to become licensed under a professional training agreement with the Land Surveyors Licensing Board of WA.

Bennett and Andrew will continue Samudra Sarubin’s works in the Wheatbelt, who is leaving RM Surveys to join his family’s forestry business.

The acquisition of Platinum Surveys is an exciting step forward for both our teams. Sam Van Eldik’s legacy in regional areas is one of quality and strong relationships, and RM Surveys is proud to continue that tradition. By joining forces, we’re expanding our ability to meet the survey needs of regional Australia, while preserving the values that Platinum Surveys has built
