Bungulla North Road, Yorkrakine – Farm subdivision
Homestead lot subdivision
RM Surveys is pleased to complete a rural subdivision adjacent to the historic Yorkrakine Hall, north of Tammin.
The locality of Yorkrakine once boasted a school, general store, hall and wheat bin serving the local farmers of the district. The Agricultural Hall which was constructed in 1926 still remains and over the past few years has been renovated allowing functions to continue to be held in the hall (Source: Shire of Tammin).
The nearby 4-hectare ‘Homestead lot’ was subdivided from a 300+ hectare rural lot currently cropped with lupins. Homestead lots range in size from one to four hectares, or up to 20 hectares to encompass existing improvements, landform, services or water sources.
This type of subdivision gives our farming clients the option to reside, rent or sell a farmhouse and also farm, lease or sell productive farmland on separate titles. RM Surveys specialises in rural surveys in the Wheatbelt and we carry out several homestead lot subdivisions every year.
RM Surveys services the Wheatbelt region with a broad range of surveying and mapping services. We are pleased to serve our agricultural clients with speciality rural land planning and subdivision services.
Samudra Sarubin is a Licensed Surveyor with a farming background and is a graduate of Ag School in the Wheatbelt.
