B410 is open for learning

Building 410 (B410) has officially been opened by Premier Colin Barnett. The $49 million building, located at Curtin University’s Bentley campus, will accommodate the University’s first 60 medical students. It is hoped these medical graduates will go on to help meet the needs of currently under serviced areas of health care in WA.

Georgiou engaged RM Surveys at the end of 2014 to provide survey services for this landmark building. Huge cantilevered slabs and curved pre-cast wing panels form just a fraction of this incredibly complex structure. The perimeter landscaping and road works are also designed to inspire and motivate the next generation of health professionals.

Our Senior Project Surveyor, Mat Armstrong (himself a Curtin graduate), is proud to add this feather to his cap!

To be a part of the construction of this new place of learning has been a real privilege for RM Surveys.
